No, the Taj Mahal is closed to visitors on Fridays. It is open from Saturday to Thursday, allowing visitors to explore the monument on the remaining days of the week.

Entry to the Taj Mahal is controlled by tokens, which are valid for a maximum of 3 hours. If you stay beyond this period, a penalty will be incurred, payable at the time of your exit. Please ensure you adhere to the time limit to avoid additional charges.

You need to book a tour at least 3 working days in advance. Bookings made with less than 3 days' notice may not receive immediate confirmation and will be subject to availability.

More than 3 days before the tour: A 20% cancellation fee will be charged. Within 3 days of the tour: No refund will be applicable.

Requests for changes to the tour itinerary or participant details made more than 3 days before the tour may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.

We include pick up/drop off from all hotels within the main city limits of Agra. There would be extra charges if hotels are on the outskirts/neighboring cities. We prefer hotel pick ups and drops as it allows the tour to start and end in a seamless, structured way. Our guides always like to brief guests in advance of a tour and having this in their hotel is always preferable than for instance, a noisy place outdoors. We will meet in the hotel lobby of the hotel. Pick up and drop off times will vary based on the season. Please note that the drop-off time may vary depending on the crowds and traffic conditions. Pick ups are generally 5:45am in the Summer months and 10:30am in the Winter months.
