Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi. Explore the Old Quarter and try local street food.
Days 2-4: Transfer to Halong Bay for a 2-night cruise. Discover caves, kayak through lagoons, and enjoy onboard activities.
Day 5: Return to Hanoi and board the sleeper train to Sapa.
Days 6-8: Explore Sapa’s rice terraces, ethnic villages, and waterfalls.
Days 9-11: Travel to Mu Cang Chai. Witness cherry blossoms and explore terraced landscapes.
Day 12: Return to Hanoi for onward travel.

Every effort will be made to operate all tours as advertised but it must be remembered that our tours are planned in advance and due to factors outside our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation, or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. We may also cancel your confirmed booking after balance due date where you have failed to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time) or where we are forced to do so as a result of ‘force majeure’. We will not cancel after this date for any other reason. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives: – Services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available. – Services of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price; or – cancellation with a full refund of all money paid. A material modification is one which has a serious effect on your tour and includes a change of departure date, departure point or airport, or change of departure time of more than twelve hours, which would cause substantial inconvenience to you. A change of accommodation or transport style is not a material change. In the event that there are an insufficient number of bookings to provide a particular tour, we may cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and LUXPERIA agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.
